i kinda regretted putting this in fantasy but i guess supernatural fits the bill. im almost positive this piece is divinely inspired... i was in the middle of a battle scene when this idea came to me and i have tried to capture it the best i can. as with most of my pieces the idea holds, but the art doesn't. as usual the real thing looks much better than the scan, i still am a n00b when dealing with photoshop, levels and curves.... hopefully tho you people like this. interpret it as you will, i don't wanna start raging debates... i just wanted to convey a feeling. i scanned a large res picture when it was still just pencil lines... i may or may not try it digitally... i think that if done right it could be much better digitally.
*note* ill try updating this at home if i get any suggestions for a way to make it look better. updates will be noted *note* my original intent was to show a guardian angle watching over a sleeping person while reading the bible (or maybe the farside) during his night shift. some people don't see the bed in the foreground. |
