ok, just gotta get this out of the way. i have no idea where to put this. the regular wallpaper gallery is pretty specific on what dimensions it must have, and the psp's 480 x 272 aren't on it, but oh well.

this is my first shot at mechanical abstract, and i am so not used to how messy my hierarchy is right now! there are about 10 lights in this, all with area shadows except for the one casting the bluish tint.

im rather timid about adding colors into this be it through the lights or the textures, but we will see, also, suggestions will certainly sway my thoughts or at least make me render it out once just to see. on top of that i need to know if the composition is balanced or not. im thinking its looking pretty spot on as far as not needing to add or take away any more geometry, but again, your ideas are good!

give me your thoughts, and though i don't have a psp to put it on to check it out, maybe one of you can.

i quite liked it in the day, despite the fact that i was doing it on a way under developed computer at the time. if i still had the file i'd re-render it for you, however since it wasn't made to be that big, im sure there are lots of missing details that would distract from the picture if it was enlarged
